Competition Terms and conditions

Two Free Tickets to a tour of Batterie Mirus



1. The contest opens at 17:00 (BST) Friday 24th July 2020 and closes at 17:00 (BST) Wednesday 29th July 2020.
2. To enter and be eligible to win, you must either be a resident of the island of Guernsey, or able to travel to the island of Guernsey during 2020 in adherence with the local COVID-19 restrictions regarding self-isolation that may be in place at any time.  Family members of any Tours of Guernsey representatives are ineligible to enter.
3. You must be 18 years of age or older
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The prize is two free tickets, which can either be for two adults or one adult plus one child (16 and under) to a group tour on a date which is advertised on our TOUR page. 
6. One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received via Facebook.
7. By entering the competition, the winner agrees that Tours of Guernsey may publish their name in connection with any promotion or publicity relating to this competition.
8. If, for any reason, the winner cannot be reached via Facebook Messenger within seven days of the draw, he/she will forfeit the prize and Tours of Guernsey reserve the right but not the obligation to draw another entry.
9. The prize is non-transferable or convertible to cash.
10. By entering, all contestants release and agree to hold harmless Tours of Guernsey and Amanda Johns (collectively the "RELEASED PARTIES") from and against any and all liability for any injuries, damages to persons (including death), damages to personal property or any other loss whatsoever (collectively "LOSSES") arising from: a) the contestant's acceptance, use or misuse of the prize awarded in this competition; b) any act or omission made by any Released Party; c) any previous medical condition of the contestant; d) the administration of any first aid, medical or emergency treatment or other services rendered to the contestant.
11. Tours of Guernsey is not responsible for entries submitted after the contest deadline. Tours of Guernsey may at its sole direction alter, amend, suspend or cancel this competition or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Decisions by Amanda Johns or Tours of Guernsey are final. All entrants must meet and comply with all competition conditions. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and prize forfeit.
