Types of personal information collected
Tours of Guernsey only collects data for the purposes of enquiring about, or booking, a tour. This may include your name, address, phone number and email address . It may include information with regards to the to the tour with which you are interested e.g. date, time, venue and tour type. Additionally we may record payment and card details plus any bank details that may be required in regard to any potential refunds.

Tours of Guernsey will only use information you submit through the aforementioned collection methods for reasons directly connected to your request, comment, or question. Tours of Guernsey will not use your information for marketing purposes in the future or pass it to others for marketing purposes unless you request us to do so.
We may share limited data with third parties (such as vehicle providers or venues) in order to facilitate your tour. This will be restricted. Tours of Guernsey will not share your data with any other parties unless required to do so by law or in agreement with yourselves.

All data handling is carried out in line with The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 which came into effect on 25 May 2018. Tours of Guernsey is registered as a Controller of Data with The Office of The Data Protection Authority. Retention of Data
Tours of Guernsey will store data provided for twelve months after the tour takes place, or for up to twenty four months from initial contact.
Analytics
Tours of Guernsey hosts its website with IONOS who use SiteAnalytics to track and log data on website usage. IONOS does not store any personal data of website visitors. Data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website, the following is collected:

Additionally we may use Bookeo.com, Google Analytics, Facebook Page Insights, Instagram Insights and Twitter Analytics in a similar way to the above.
Internet- based Transfers
The internet is a global environment, using the internet to collect and process data necessarily involved the transmission of data on an international basis.
